The selection of suppliers will be based on objective criteria, including integrity, quality, price, delivery times, product convenience and practices aligned with RH policies and procedures.

Non employee of RH Organizational Design and third (clients, suppliers, etc.) who interact or come to interact should have social relations when this relationship could create the image that is being used as a commercial influence.

Non third party (customers, suppliers, among others) must make gifts, services, discounts, trips or entertainment or give tips to employees of Organizational Design for work or service provided in any of our business units. Likewise, any third party (customer, supplier, among others) will refrain from making offers, promises of delivery, or deliveries of any valuables, bribes, incorrect payments, corrupt payments or any improper payments, to any employee of Organizational Design with The object of obtaining or maintaining a business, obtaining an improper advantage, or influencing any act or decision.

Non third party (clients, suppliers, among others) should have financial activities with HR partners Organizational Design. Likewise, no employee of RH Organizational Design shall cause a conflict of interest or influence the possibility of personal benefit, family, relatives or third parties that obstruct the ability to work on behalf of the company.

Any employee of Organizational HR or third party (customers, suppliers, etc.) who violates this code in relation to the business of Organizational Design will be subject to disciplinary measures, including termination in the case of a collaborator or termination of the business relationship In case of third parties and, if applicable, the complaint of the matter to the competent authorities.
