At RHDO we are, first and foremost, human resources professionals. The different seminars developed by our experts in this area are designed to reinforce this important function.
- Labor relations and conflict management.
- Strategies to reduce staff turnover.
- Strategy for a successful selection of personnel.
- Strategic Management of Human Resources.
- Development of career plans.
- Working environment.
- Improvement in interpersonal relationships.
- Empowerment.
- Valuing the differences.
The basic objective of each seminar is to align the area or HR professionals with the business strategy.
It is essential to highlight that people or human resources are not administered, but agents endowed with intelligence, creativity and skills.
The Human Resources function is composed of the areas of recruitment and selection, hiring, training, labor relations, communications, social responsibility, administration or personnel management.
Depending on the company or institution where this area operates, there may be other areas that have different responsibilities that have to do, for example, with aspects such as payroll administration or the management of relations with unions. Other strategic functions that are managed from Human Resources are organizational communication, leadership management, teamwork, negotiation and organizational culture.
At RHDO, as experts in the administration of Human Resources, we have designed different scenarios for the training of groups that need to understand the importance of this function. Legal, motivational, administrative and training concepts and tools are used, among others; to ensure that the training given to the groups is effective and oriented to the successful implementation in such a way that the expected results are obtained.
The courses / workshops are composed of one part of conceptual development (review of the relevant legal components), and another where practical cases are presented and the discussion of real problems that our clients present is carried out. This in order to work on specific cases that can be easily documented and allow discussion on possible findings and proposed solutions with the intention that they are put into practice within the same company.
